Amla Pickle:
Amla also known as Indian Gooseberry, the fruit has an extremely sour and pungent taste. Amla has been popularly a part of Indian cuisines since ages especially in pickles. Amla being seasonal are harvested during autumn. In India, each region has a different recipe, style or way of preparation of this pickle. But the way it is pickled in Andhra and Telangana States gives it a distinct traditional taste and flavour. The main difference between our pickle and other pickles is that, ours is made using Wood pressed Peanut Oil. Preserving pickles in Wood pressed Oils is an age old practice in which the ingredients used in making pickle, stays fresh for longer period and they don’t lose their nutritional properties. Storage : Don’t use wet spoon for serving the pickle, as it might reduce the shelf life of pickle.
